Help, I can't remember my password!

First, go to your Account URL. This will normally be something like: https://yourcompanyurl.2leap.com

Click on the [I can't access my account] link and enter the email address associated with your account. If the email address you entered is correct, the eLeaP system will generate a new password which will be sent to that address.

If you can't find your new email, check your Bulk email folder or your anti spam folder - sometimes legitimate email from eLeaP can be wrongfully sent to the Spam folder. Make sure you Whitelist email coming from 'office@eleapsoftware.com' or add it to your Address Book or Trusted Senders.

Let us know if you still have not received your email after one hour. Click here to submit a ticket. Once you have received your new password, copy and paste the new password into your eLeaP login in the box that says password, click [Login], and you should be good to go.
