Help, I can't remember my password!

First, go to your Account URL. This will normally be something like:

Click on the [I can't access my account] link and enter the email address associated with your account. If the email address you entered is correct, the eLeaP system will generate a new password which will be sent to that address.

If you can't find your new email, check your Bulk email folder or your anti spam folder - sometimes legitimate email from eLeaP can be wrongfully sent to the Spam folder. Make sure you Whitelist email coming from '' or add it to your Address Book or Trusted Senders.

Let us know if you still have not received your email after one hour. Click here to submit a ticket. Once you have received your new password, copy and paste the new password into your eLeaP login in the box that says password, click [Login], and you should be good to go.
