Admin: How to upload users to user groups

To add users (in bulk) to a user group:

    1. Create the User Group, or, if the User Group is already created, click on the name of the User Group in question.
    2. Download the Excel template for user imports using the "click here" linkin the "Import Users" section. Fill the template with your users' information. Currently eLeaP requires a separate upload file for each user group.
    3. Click the "upload batch file" link and add your bulk upload file.

You can use the bulk upload file to add Users to new User Groups even if they are already eLeaP Users. Once the system detects an existing email address, the system will simply add those Users to the User Group - without disrupting their existing records or resending them a 'Welcome to eLeaP' email.
