What is the difference between an Administrator and an Instructor?
Solution The ADMINISTRATOR level is the primary user level wherein all menus and sub-menus in an eLeaP account can be accessed while the INSTRUCTOR level is a secondary level whose functionality is limited compared to that of the ADMINISTRATOR level. For instance, the INSTRUCTOR level cannot access the ACCOUNT tab as well as other USER GROUPS created by ADMINISTRATOR and or other INSTRUCTORS.

However, INSTRUCTORS have the ability to create additional users including additional INSTRUCTORS.

All users in an eLeaP can be assigned to Courses, Career Paths or Forums.

For course collaboration, multiple INSTRUCTORS can be added to a single course.

*Do you have a document that specifies the different features for each user level?*

Yes, you can download user guides at http://www.eleapsoftware.com/support.html

The user guides are based on user profile. The admin and instructor user guides help Admins or Instructors manage their accounts.
